City Council voted UNANIMOUSLY in favour of @ptfry.bsky.social's motion to conserve the wonderful trail system and forests in the Champlain Heights community, looking to protect it from future developments.

Unfortunately, what could have been a painless, benign improvement to code of conduct w/ sanctions even in the case of a conflicted council majority (would not have applied to recent transgressions) was rejected by ABC in favour of watered down tokenism. Future councils can still skate around rules.
