A group of humans getting isekai'd into a bustling fantasy tavern at the size of gnats.

They attempt to get the attention of some of the larger anthros, but quickly learn that they aren't the first group to end up here, humanity considered by most folks to be an invasive pest species.

Depends on which of the kinks you're talking about. There's digitization, as well as the concept of being trapped within the psyche of another, forced to endure an entire reality of their creation as little more than one of their thoughts / processes (Overlaying).

Far more dangerous than macro prey animals, or even macro predators, are insectivores grown to far above their usual size. Already used to downing thousands of insects in a single feast, they would see entire cities as nothing but another hive ready to be cleared out.
