I was struggling at work to remember verbal instructions. I said to colleague I needed to write it down to remember, she mentioned menopause and said the brain fog gets better in time.

Good #parkrun this morning. 10 seconds slower than my PB there. But I did run 10k yesterday. Sadly it can't always be a PB.

The theme was set by the bloke running the class so had to go with it. Its good to do new approaches or I end up with similar poses 5 sessions a week. That gets boring.

It was the weirdest class I've done. Going with Paula Regas and her narrative style to painting. All the poses had lots of emotion in them, triggered sad memories for me which is tricky when trying to be in pose.
Gorgeous work from the artists though.

Ouch!
I've done a walking half marathon and 18 mile hill walk and damaged my toenail on my longest left foot toe. I know to keep it shorter now!

I'm aiming for a marathon in the year I'm 50. I'll see how it goes.
