Miriam: Two sisters. One's a horrible person who treats Miriam terribly, the other is kinder to Miriam but still not good enough to stand up for her.

fiction is a safe space to think of unsafe things

if you feel it's messing you up, step away. don't assume it's messing everyone up and you need to eradicate it because you caught a case of the feel-bads from something. go sit with that and think about why instead of pissing in everyone else's cheerios.

Good lord why do I keep seeing that phrase so much lately? I don't remember people having to convince others so hard that something isn't going anywhere, not even the internet in it's early days.

The hooded "club" from Hot Fuzz, but instead of them saying, "The Greater Good", they're saying "It's here to stay."
