Uhh.. sleep.....? I watched my friend play through Imaginarium Theater & gave team comp / character advice.
I also caught up on some of my webtoons / mangas. Good time to bring up that I love this guy.

Unfortunately yes, and that is one of the most difficult things to convince people of. Running into people who suck at their job as being a therapist is so common, they give up after 1 or 2 attempts. I could go on forever about this.

If only it was normal enough to just recommend a book about recovery ... The last few times I told someone to seek professional help they got offended, but maybe that's also on me 🤔.
