How about spreading out and sticking around where the actual crimes and disorder are actually happening??Three cops going for a strowl in a nice leafy neighborhood might be relaxing but the guy taking a shit on the street is usually in a very public area.
As if there's not at least a thousand guys in Victoria who can't wait to get off work so they can beat ,harrass ,abuse,and sexually assault women and children in their own homes ,or at the pool ,or the sports field or bar ,not to mention the freaks that hunt women down on Pandora.
