Yeah fletching and enchanting and I think making the bolt tips is low requirements when I did toa with bad gear ruby bolt specs were a load bearing pillar that without would make so much worse and dia bolts can bypass monster defenses which is why I used them when they were lower hp

When I was running it with rags pre update I was using mixed hide for ranged/melee with rcb and ruby/dia and sword/dds and mage was blood bark and warped sceptre got up to 240 on that. I can probs carry a basic 50 when I get off work to give a chance for you to get fang or lb lol

No access to mixed hide? Also for toa you want stab so either bare minimum arkan blade or leaf sword probably arkan for higher str bonus on core and can just lean on rcb with ruby/dia vs meleeing the 4 bosses besides last stand Akkha
