There’s a duh/strawman aspect to this. Of course taste & cost are the most important factors in selling #wine. “Here is my $300 Cab. It tastes like overripe, molded fruit but we have solar panels!” Get out of here. It’s about making great wine then telling the story of why it is worth a few extra $.
