Some states, maybe. The West Coast, part of the Northeast. The problem is they have to adopt:
a) universal healthcare,
b) a rock solid commitment to public education,
c) gun control,
d) a strong social safety net,
e) decorum,
f) DEI values,
and
g) willingness to follow public health mandates.

Corcoran fails to account for the CRA's need to know how much tax money is coming in, so that the govt can allocate that funding. "Voluntary taxes" are unreliable and unfair, and would put important programs in jeopardy.

Yesterday, I was driving with my child when we hit debris from an insecure load on a transport truck on a 400-series highway We are both safe now, but it's a miracle we got off the road safely. Here's part of the damage:
