Oh dear! I posted my complaint online publicly, but for some reason, I never expected anyone to READ and RESPOND to it. Now people are mad at me!

How could anyone react to my post with such negativity when all I did was express MY opinion in an open space where people can give their opinion back?

I loved the base story so much that it felt better than the past several games but truthfully I don't like the overworld (something I've critiqued the past 3 gens on so I guess it's just never gonna improve)

I like the character interactions of scarlet and violet (honestly might be the best in the series) but for an open world game they sure gave the player very little to do other than find pokemon lol

This isn't even something brought on by anything in particular beyond the classic peer pressure scenario of "oh fuck I'm not playing the newest Pokemon game :( guess I need to buy it huh"

And when I say "flop" I mean like below 10 million copies sold. I don't think it's even physically possible for a Pokemon game to do that bad unless it's a spinoff

I think my conclusion is that it would take 2 games in a row of being LITERALLY not playable for the public to start losing even an ounce of faith. The bar is Madden/FIFA/2k levels of low. As long as there are Pokemon in it and the game is functional it will easily make its money back in days.

I've been thinking what it would even take for a new Pokemon game to flop that isn't a spinoff and it's like... even if the game crashed every 20 minutes it would still be a best seller on the console cause everyone would just assume they'll patch it anyway.

I'll give 1 thing to google AI which is that at least now when you look up things wrong with you online google doesn't always tell you you're fucking dying. I mean it still wants you dead but at least it's honest y’know

she should stop eating those suckers not because they're unhealthy but I personally always bite them when I'm halfway done it's a very dangerous habit that can seriously hurt your teeth and I don't want her to do the same. (I can see it within her soul that she's a cruncher)

I've become more and more interested in bunny OCs.

I'm not even a massive bunny enjoyer irl (I think they're ok but I'd never want one) but something about their long ears scratches the same weird itch in my brain that makes me like fennec foxes.
