I thought I'd do a little art vs artist with some of my favourite models I've painted this year.

There are a lot of wings there, lots of Thousand Sons, a couple of conversions, and the first two busts I've ever painted. If there's one thing it's been a good year for, it's painting models. 🙂

Me, surrounded by some of the many models I've painted this year. Beholder chaos spawn, Astorath, owl wizard, Jaheira bust, me, 30k Ahriman chatting to a skull headed raven, as you do, a deep sea fangly genestealer, a daemon prince that looks suspiciously like a little female Magnus, Halsin, best boy of BG3, also chatting to a bird, it's very popular apparently, an old metal Ahriman, because you have to pay respects to your elders, my beefy elephant boy, and a partridge in a pear tree. I mean Night Lord with a bloody knife.

Last night I spent at least 30 mins googling "how to paint murals on walls" so I'm pretty much an expert now.

I have a cold, I was supposed to be visiting my gran, but she's 90 so I postponed not to give her anything. And now I'm doing this...

Man, I've done some cool shit over the years and kept as simple as I could. I only hope that there's someone out in the world that decided to pick up a brush and tackle something they might have otherwise been intimidated by because I went, "This is way simpler than I'd have thought."

I bought a new cushion for Fox's bed, but I can't see if it fits because he's having a snooze and even bringing in a backup bed won't get him to move. The boy is just outright ignoring me and I don't have the heart to be stern. 😂

I'm not moving from this bed. It's comfy. I don't care if the new pillow will be better because the one I'm sleeping on is compressed and ripped. Look at this face, this is the face of a dog that's not listening to you because he's comfy and sleepy.
