Local support to me after a serious incident:

5 sessions of CBT
No support afterwards
No pills/no follow-up
Details and turn of events/names incorrect from the Dr taking notes

Never again.

They even didn't want me on Ketamine infusions, wanted me to have ECT.

Yeah.

Half tempted to leave a bad review for the other one if it goes nowhere. Shouldn't have to chase people to get them to work, just say "We're too busy right now" if that's the case rather than silence.

Contacted two garages for a DSG gearbox service:

One stated: "Quote within the hour/same day."

The other, took two attempts for contact and I was told "We'll call you", three years ago. So this is their second chance.

So far, no response from either. Place your bets.
