Luray wins regional title and Riverheads places third, with both earning team berths in the state meet.

Bulldogs led by Briana Plum (4th) and Isabela Rizek (5th), while Gladiators led by Verity Jordan (3rd).
#VHSL Boys Cross Country, Region 1B Championship:

Riverheads advancing to state meet as a team, led by Sam Ashby (9th), Jack Young (15th), Cooper Boyd (18th) and Sam Jarvis (23rd).

Buffalo Gap's Noah Lilly (12th) and Luray's Max Banks (13th) also advanced as individuals.

#VHSL Volleyball Final: Broadway 3, Harrisonburg 0. Clara Denman with 10 kills, seven digs and three blocks for the Gobblers, while Mattie Chupp had five kills, six digs and seven aces. Mady Ennis with 12 assists, while Taylor Long had 10 assists and Jamie Lunn totaled 11 digs.
#VHSL Volleyball Final: Wilson Memorial 3, Alleghany 2. Estee Irving with 13 kills and 14 digs to lead the Green Hornets, while Nataliee Chandler and Maddie Lawhorn had 20 assists apiece and AJ Hedrick added 10 kills. Maggie Parrott and Harper Tibbs combined for 14 kills.
