Something different…I woke needing a wee - not desperately…just a gentle tingling urge… So I teased my bladder,almost letting go,then clenching to stop as I felt it start to come…felt so good, the sharp pricking as I stopped… ☺️

Not sure if it’s a silly idea or not - the idea is you can get an idea what I’m doing with my muscles while you watch…you can tell if pee coming out is intentional or a leak etc
