Date: June 09, 1942. Location: 21°21'12" N, 157°57'28" W. Event: Refloated on May 17, USN battleship West Virginia is entering dry dock of the Pearl Harbor Navy Yard for inspections and 3-month long initial repairs. Current status: Scrapped in 1961-62, lifespan of 42 years.
