Some of them do!
Uther and Ambrose are brothers.
Elijah had a bigger sister named Olivia.
Taris has six older Brothers. Elijah is quite intimidated by them.

Every Holiday here is everyone/every Family for themselves. Erntedank was about the collective everyone and those who had nothing were taken care of. That's what I miss. I don't really care about holidays. Halloween? I can GIVE stuff to ppl. Christmas? I can GIVE stuff to people. That's what I love.

If you could contribute a single pine cone, that was good enough. You don't really have to spend money, or much of it.
Any other Holiday is 1000% more expensive in Germany, it feels.

I just think people lost the love for it...

Like, we're one of the most decorated Houses for Christmas and Halloween, for example. And compared to people in the US? It's literally nothing.

I do agree shit's expensive.
But Erntedank was a collective thing of an entire village

I remember, we would decorate tables with autumn leaves and different pumpkins. Have hot drinks and hang Mandala.
At my school, we learned how to make a festive wreath out of things we collected in the woods.

We'd eat corn and pumpkin soup and Shit... (Nobody Here really eats corn, yk)

Of all the holidays in my country, thanksgiving is one of the smallest.
I remember how we celebrated it as a kid. Was quite the big deal.

Today I noticed, for that past few years I forgot it even exists.
Like... there's no mentions of it anywhere anymore.
