Just realised I used Paul McCartney’s lyrics to Maybe I’m Amazed in my lecture yesterday, and then looked at my outfit from Sunday, and thought…. have I finally mastered cosplay? I look a bit like I am in The Beatles in this button-heavy jacket.

Week 3 teaching: a broken lift in hotel, walk up and down five flights of stairs, going to the wrong room to teach, walk up three flights of stairs to correct room, a fire alarm, down again, and up three flights of stairs when allowed back in. My peri-menopausal sheen is like a full on sweat-feat.
