After years of intentional work, I can say I'm no longer afraid of heights. This is the highest glass floor observation deck in the US.

I used to be afraid of 80 ft drop on the Loch Ness Monster. The Sears Tower Skydeck is 1350 ft.

I now love heights. Ask me how if you want.

Yeah the whole "men are ignored" and "men never get compliments" has never been true for me - but I do make an effort. I make eye contact, smile, tell people to have a good day. And I dress well so I get compliments daily. I'm short and fat so according to incels none of that is supposed to happen
