Looks like E-flat standard tuning, so each string is tuned a half-step down from standard (EADGBe). It's a pretty common tuning in pop-punk/post-hardcore and 90's alt rock.

Been a while since I've played 2, so I don't remember how much "fail" there is, but she's definitely a fun doof, especially so in her reporter role. Very reminiscent of Estelle Bright in personality (though since I came to Trails much later, Estelle reminded me of Leia).
