This was actually my first dive into a full body of work from him. I very much enjoyed it. It’s fun & very nostalgic, yet modern, R&B sounding. Very Usher influenced, I feel.

As a person who has also lost both parents at a young age, this is kind of triggering. I really hope that he has all of the support & love right now.

The more I get older, the more I get frustrated that Aaliyah’s music legacy has been mishandled. There’s no reason for her to not have a situation set up like Selena’s.
