You can tell a True Wife Guy then by the way he never *tells you* he’s a wife guy. This is really the truest distinction: if you can tell a guy truly loves his wife, then he’s a Wife Guy. If he has to tell you, then he’s a Wife Guy *eye roll*. Anyway, hope this helps 5/5

It’s very funny to me that someone was like ‘The Louvre of Bluesky is the equivalent of Libs of TikTok’ and yet they didn’t have any issues with Freezing Cold Takes, which has basically the same bit.

That we even play the anthem is one of those silly things that people attribute to patriotism when the reality was ‘the only way to hear music played was live and it just sort of hung around’

Anyway, I think how invested people feel about music and artists is really fascinating since you get similar, but not quite, with movies. I think this is definitely one of those ‘when the dust settles people won’t be nearly so mad about this as they’re acting now’ sort of albums.

I think as someone squarely in the middle—I like her music but I’m not personally invested—the reality’s sort of in the middle: it’s a perfectly solid album that I can bob my head to. Im not going out of my way to seek it out, but I’m not pressing skip as hard as I can for any of the songs.
