HAPPY BIRTHDAY πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³
In 2009, Art Style: INTERSECT released on DSiWare
Put this in the pile of Nintendo published titles I've never played as unfortunately I didn't have much access to DSiWare titles during that era
On this day in 2004, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap released on GBA!
This game saw Link gain the ability to shrink down in size and converse with tiny creatures known as the Minish.
It's a solid Zelda game and the shrinking gimmick helped make dungeons feel unique
It's Nintendo Music Tuesday!
This week's addition is Animal Crossing: New Leaf!
My favourite Animal Crossing game, these soundtracks are always good for the chill hourly songs. 5pm is my favourite one so far relistening to this

In 2023, WarioWare: Move It! released on Switch!
A return to the classic WarioWare set up, this was a spiritual successor to Smooth Moves, making full use of the Joy Con for plenty of hectic microgame fun
with fun bonus rooms and pop up story book like cutscenes
In 2011, Super Mario 3D Land released on 3DS
The first wholly original handheld 3D Mario, this title took the 2D Mario course style of a goal post and translated it into a 3D environment, including bringing back Super Mario Bros. 3's Super Leaf.
This title also made great use of the 3D depth on 3DS
On this day in 2005 42 All-Time Classics released on DS!
Featuring 42 classic card, board and other games like pool and bowling, this was one of my highlights from the Touch Generations titles.
Just an all round great collection of classic games
Yeah the European app just uses the NA box arts so that will be why there's no box art for us today.
Didn't realise that it was an eshop only release in NA though but I think there were a few late 3DS titles like that over there iirc
In 2017, Nintendo Presents: New Style Boutique 3 - Styling Star released on 3DS!
Another Style Boutique game that I have but have never gotten round to playing unfortunately
I believe this one didn't release in North America so I have to wonder if this is in their app today or not
On this day in 2006 Kirby: Mouse Attack released on DS!
This was the first mainline Kirby game I ever played.
In this one you can store abilities and health items in Kirby's stomach on the bottom screen to pull out whenever while some levels will see the Squeak Squad chase you down as you run off
Kirby Air Riders releases on the 20th!
Sakurai has gone all out on making the most comprehensive Kirby Air Ride experience with plenty of new courses and a City Trial mode on top of returning courses and the Top Ride mode
Really excited for this one after that last Direct
Yakuza Kiwami 1 and 2 arrive on Switch 2 on the 13th
Kiryu's adventures continue on Switch 2 with ports of the remakes of the first two games. Kiwami is a solid experience detailing his orphanage trio while Kiwami 2 is one of my favourites featuring the imposing Ryuji
New month, new things to look forward to!
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment releases on the 6th and promises to be a "canonical" tale of the imprisoning war.
At the very least it should be another fun Zelda Warriors game with a ton of characters to play as
In 2008 Walk with me! Do you know your walking routine? released on DS!
Silly long European name aside, this came with a pedometer and you would set goals to walk. The only thing I really remember is finding it for around Β£5 a year or so later to add to the collection
In 2007 Super Mario Galaxy released on Wii!
One of my favourite games ever, this is joy in its purest form. Fun platforming challenges and unique boss battles are all wrapped up nicely with the emotional undertones of Rosalina's story
On this day in 2000, Mario Tennis released on the Game Boy Color!
Featuring an RPG story mode, the handheld counterpart stands out thanks to that.
It took me a while to find a copy of this so I've never put a lot of time into it yet, but if it's like the GBA one, it should be great

way to wrap up AZ's tale as well give Zygarde its game at long last
A nice step back up to a somewhat competent experience but as someone who prefers the exploration and catching side of PokΓ©mon, this title didn't quite click with me as I hoped. They still do a good job maxing out the Lumiose City experience and the story was a nice
