Let's not forget Israel's Hannibal Directive killed hundreds of their own and there was the instance where the IDF shot release hostages walking towards them waving white flags. Someone I know who worked in Gaza in the last year said they reckoned the IDF as a military force were dreadfully inept!

Good but Police need to do much much more than catch the odd car. Its not difficult to find local dealers. Round them up and get them off the streets. That would be a start. Communities elsewhere know the big guns in their midst, arrest them !

My point was there was insufficient balance before but fear of negatives is a powerful incentive to vote for Independence. These negatives are staring us in the face now. In 2014 I was ridiculed by right wingers for suggesting Westminster would eventually remove the NHS. Now they are justifying it !

Rather than fight the 2026 election on what Independence can do for Scotland we need to lead on what we all stand to lose if we stay in the UK. Different circumstances nowadays but in many ways much clearer.....Nicola Sturgeon in her book reckoned that was a weakness of the 2014 campaign !
