So far this is the only supplement that has a noticeable effect that I can perceive.

It's just annoying doing the powder, but so far I've learned it goes best for me in my water bottle that I can shake before sipping.

And maybe throw in an electrolyte tablet which I sometimes need as well.

I didn't bother preloading either. Maybe 3 weeks in, I could tell my workouts felt so much better.

I've been at 5mg a day but inconsistent. Working on doubling to 2x a day, ideally morning and lunchtime to get to 10mg.

I've heard it's the amount past 5mg that helps more cognitively.
