The WPCC Rangers’ plan to turn the windmill sails on Nov 1 & 2 at 2pm.One caveat - if the maintenance manager is called away to deal with a problem elsewhere, he may not be able to turn the sails. It's wonderful sight - majestic and regal. Come along if you can.
