i like this method i think. kinda like going cc shopping in your own mods folder lol. i used to use tray importer for this too, but it’s not been working for me for awhile now on mac (i should try again tho it’s been awhile)

i’m gonna try it. this week i’ll start pulling stuff out. my current save there’s only like 3-4 builds i currently care about and it should be easy to step around the few bits of cc in them i think.

idk i’ve just noticed that my builds are increasingly majority in game assets these days, where even just a year or so ago i was 90% cc for all my builds. there’s so much good stuff in there these days.

i might try the tactic of swapping out mods folders for different saves. current save is cozy beach vibes? don’t really need that 10gb of ultra luxe fancy cc. switching to industrial vibes? cut the cutesy boho stuff. or whatever. ya know?

scrolling thru my catalog rn is hell. i really do need to trim the fat. it’s not even about load times. even with all the cc i have installed i can load the game in about 2-3 minutes usually. i’m just tired of scrolling so much
