Oh no, she'll not recognize any of the hiragana if they appear in a different font.
The website I used to memorize 'kana had a font randomizing option which was very useful.

If I play Chaos;Head Noah, should I play the fan translation or the official translation? 🤔 Some people say the fansub changes the original meaning at some points, but the official sub seems to have consistency issues and gaps.
