This response ended the call but I really should have asked the caller - who sounded like he was from my demographic - how he could justify volunteering for a party that chose a name-calling bully for a leader and is running a vaccine fraud in my constituency.
I missed an opportunity today. I answered a call that I knew was from #ConservativePartyofCanada and, when the older-sounding gentleman asked if they could “count on my support “, my response was “absolutely not”.
