Really? Well blow me down with a feather.

I have a Motability car & have seen so many lies written, all easily checkable, but why let truth ruin a 'good' story.

Family reasons - is that included in 'patriotism & flag shagging too.

How long before we get a by-election so competent councillors can have a go at cleaning up the mess left by Reform & their Tory predecessors.

Good morning lovely Kevin, it's 9.10am

I'd rather be living in a house near the sea...

I hope you have a good day where something lovely happens 😊 🤗😘

I'd be shocked if there wasn't a profitable reason behind the promotion....

Yup. Exasperating when there are too many options.
Thankfully l managed the other 2🫣😊

Good morning Mr Em
Tis wise advice. I do love the autumnal colours 🍂

I've posted it on the Septle link as I've done all 3 puzzles tonight.
The longer words seemed a bit easier than of late when I've taken all day coming back & tinkering with them.
I could probably have used about 10 lines for wordle tonight🤦‍♀️😊

Well done!!

Seems I'm the only one to miss it so far, everyone else has squeaked a 5 or 6🤦‍♀️🙄😂

Well done Katherine!👏👏

Mine too - except I missed it. Well done Judy!
Redeemed with Septle though🤦‍♀️

Like you I have my A level English, but functional is a good way to describe my maths - if I have access to a calculator.

I've worked as a care assistant. We need carers. Far more important than academic ability is the ability and will to do a bloody difficult demanding job for crap pay.

Excellent point. You are much more tactful than I am😀

"Speaker Johnson, fuck off." (I made a small edit.)

Nothing about trump is respectful
Nothing his cronies do is respectful

And as for peace -
How can he be considered when Americans are in fear of what he'll do next, and tourists are avoiding the USA

If we have immunity, why are hospital covid admissions so high?
We don't have immunity. Covid is still with us, it never went away.
It's not on the scale that it was in 2020 but for those of us who are vulnerable, it's still a worry & the government reducing vaccines is crazy.

Great - But Hardly Anyone is feeling or noticing any difference

The Big Headlines are Labour cock-ups;
* Covid is rising - possibly preventable
* Cost of living is still rising - we're all feeling poorer
* A law preventing Protest - Bad for any party. Abysmal for Labour!

& Farage needs to STFU

Spot on “Many of Labour’s younger voters are already tempted by the Green Party, which combines environmentalism with left wing economics. Now by mocking Green protections & cosying up to developers, chancellor is giving them more reasons to jump ship”. So here it is join.greenparty.org.uk/join-us/

Editorial: Rachel Reeves’s drive to speed up development is beginning to treat wildlife and the environment as expendable. Voters want homes built, but not at any cost

I only have my own tissues to deal with, those of you doing family laundry...
wrenkh.bsky.social
I don't mind washing clothes, or even ironing (as long as the weather is not too hot) but why can't tissues put themselves in the bin, rather than hiding in pockets & up sleeves...
