Yes, super glad you said this. I have seen this big time in my own family. My dad was the first college grad from a working-class family but always felt less-than because he didn't hunt, build, etc., as well as his brothers. That, in no small part, caused him to go from D to R during Reagan

This is the minimum, compromise position I expect from future politicians. At this point I would support a center-right McCain-type person over someone with good politics if I were convinced they would punish all the wrongdoer from POTUS/SCOTUS on down.
