It’s hard to be a fan of both Hazbin Hotel and Tuca& Bertie because when you bring up Bertie’s Hyper-sexuality rep people understand it and call the writing “brave” for showing it ,but when you talk about Angel Dust’s Hyper-sexuality then everyone says it bad SA rep and disgusting.

I’ll admit pacing is the hardest thing to pull off, especially with a set budgeted runtime. But even pacing can sometimes be subjective. I enjoy things that are fast and deliberate, it might be due to my ADHD so sometimes I’ll feel good about a pace but see people feel it’s fast. It’s interesting!

There’s been a general trend throughout histories of societies that portray themselves as or believe themselves to be utopian being rather nasty oppressors and I do think Hazbin’s Heaven is inspired by that in a general sense rather than any current events
