I quit college after 6 months because it was a bore, and I’m proud of it. In this day and age, there’s no need for such things as PhD. Learning from experience with help of internet is more than enough.

Starting sketching and art is so hard. It took me almost two years before I did art I would be personally proud of. And I still struggle every day to even start anything.

Everyone has different goals, and society is way too punishing to people for not doing exactly the same and as hard as everyone else.

Sometimes exploration itself is the goal.

I have a guilty pleasure of overthinking with seemingly no end goal, to eventually reach some realization.. That only fuels my further thinking. Fun!

It can even be useful in giving clarity from time to time. At least I tell myself that, ha ha.

Fair! I get it too, especially attitude towards the others.

And it's possibly hard for it to be any other way, such things might be fundamentally subjective.

At times I have hunches why I made some art, but it's in a long, months after retrospective, so, not reliable. Plus, I'm overthinker, heh.

With how symbolic your art can be, I wonder -
Do you ever get taken aback by your own art, after creating it, and 'inspecting it'? Do you feel that art speaks 'through you' at times?

Not that I care, but that was put pretty provocatively, heh. Many people grew up in 'big cities', and still see socializing as hard or tiresome.

Many people don't make it easier, by being relatively selfish, or by being plain jerks to what they dislike or is not mainstream.
