I took magnesium before bed last night and omg, I’m still relaxed this morning. I kept thinking I was still sleepy but I’m realizing I haven’t experienced my body with low anxiety before. I’m diagnosed with GAD and PTSD which I take meds for, but the magnesium is giving it an extra boost I guess
