I might try to watch it with an irl friend or at least she and I discussed that. I might have to avoid social media entirely until I have watched/can watch it since I'm in a lot of Hazbin groups on FB and I follow Hazbin fans on practically everything.

The problem is a huge chunk of the fandom overlooks Alastor's wrongs because they think he's hot. I don't love either of their actions, Alastor is better written so far, has redeeming qualities, but still a literal cannibal. 💀 But maybe we'll see a more... humane-ish side of Val in the 2nd season?
