This is a heartbreaking piece for us to write 💔 Who'd thought (mundane) housework could be so violent (extreme)? But our interviewees urged us to rethink the housework–violence coalition: “for me, it (marital violence) would be... the manner in which I was made to do housework—is that not violence?”
