I’ve searched so many sites for a few years. It had become a personal mission. I’ve been driving my husband crazy looking at Sorrel everywhere we go. He’s walked off and left me on several occasions, like the fungi group did on this occasion. This time it paid off. Keep looking!

Thanks Andy, it’s a spectacular mine and stood out so much more on the larger Common Sorrel leaf than on the Sheep’s Sorrel I’ve found it on previously. Good luck in your search.

An Autumnal feel at the garden Moth light this morning. Amongst the common migrants was another fresh Bordered Straw, and it's always nice to see the attractive Rhyacionia pinicolana.
