I just don't see how this model is financially feasible. They're still bound by EMTALA (must see everyone regardless of ability to pay) but lose all the revenue generated by inpatient treatment. Arranging transportation & finding placements is really gonna bog them down too.
It's strange. They have a full medical suite at the WH if they need bloodwork or other basic tests. Makes me wonder if he's getting a scan or procedure done.
