Por un lado me encanta cuando me da por algo fuerte porque con la edad me da menos cada vez.

En el día de la salud mental, quiero recordar que además de la ansiedad y la depresión existen trastornos menos conocidos, difíciles de identificar y de aceptar. No basta con estar atento a uno mismo y pedir ayuda si estamos mal: si alguien en nuestro entorno está mal hay que ofrecerle esa ayuda.

A veces se me pone el estado de ánimo al leer/ver la obra, otras necesito tener una predisposición particular para pillarle el gusto. Me pasó con el Carnaval de Cádiz, hice un viaje en coche escuchando y sin más, luego en otro viaje me fueron explicando y me enamoré.
