I wanted to try and go for this secret ending but doing the final boss without healing is just way too unfair I really hate this fight. Easy normally but with this gimmick its just unfun having to deal with how long it is to work my way back to the point I keep dying at + phase 2 patterns sucking

well finally after 32 hours I beat the final boss and got the normal ending! Good if extremely punishing game. I got a bunch of sidestuff to do before I go trying to get true end so this ain't over anytime soon.
