Feeling really good and happy because my last two evenings have been utterly lovely (went to a sapphic strip club last night, had a twee little dinner date with my Ownerwife tonight), and also still struggling like hell with RSD and isolation and feeling like everyone finds me insufferable.

I've been saying for *years* that Christianity jumped the shark the moment Constantine made it the official state religion of the Roman empire. It went from an anarchist religion built around community and mutual aid to a justification for Imperialism and violence, and never recovered.

The Blue and yellow bars are in a 3:4 ratio of width, which makes it so there's slightly more blue overall, but the yellow is the biggest single segment. The Empire is stronger than any enemy, because it is united while they remain divided.

So, the dark blue represents the emptiness of space, and the yellow is the enlightened light of the Empire's civilizing influence, expanding out into the dark and driving it back. The 8-pointed star represents the Empire's origin, from which its influence is ever expanding out,

I fucked around a bit just to see what bubbled up for a flag design to start with. It's not great, but it's an example, at least? And it does have the very important characteristic of conveying a (made up, propagandic) narrative, too. Everyone loves symbolism and meaning.

This actually sounds like it would be a really fun side project to work on. Start out by developing a small color palette and a couple key symbols, and those can be spun out into flags, icons, all sorts of fun lil ephemera!
