The tour around the apartment was a short-lived one, mainly because it wasn’t super big even if it could fit two people comfortably, and also due to Atsushi not having many things yet.

So, the bathroom and its utilities were the last thing on the list.

“That’s pretty much everything.” He said, opening and closing the cabinets as he showed Kyôka their contents. “These are the soap and shampoo I use, but if you wanna get something else, we can arrange it.” To be fair, he had been telling her the same about almost every item, so it wasn’t surprising when the girl simply reacted with a nod. Besides, that gave him more time to think and choose his words for the last thing he wanted to point out. “And same with-- well, the pads. I’ve got pretty cheap ones, but they do their work fairly well. Still, if you’d prefer something else, we also can…”

Mentioning periods in a broader sense, that was no issue for Atsushi. But right then and there, when doing so meant straight up coming out to Kyôka? That made him a tad nervous, even if ever since crossing paths with Dazai all he had received was support and the most natural treatment.

Said nervousness, though, only lasted until Kyôka nodded in the exact same way she had done all the previous times. And what came after.

“Don’t worry, I won’t be needing those.”

“Oh.” Was the first thing Atsushi managed to reply. Then, just in case, clarification followed. “You mean, ‘cause you haven’t had yours yet or…?” She let out a brief chuckle at his words, which honestly was very sweet.

“I assume you want to ask if I’m a girl in the same way you’re a boy.” Kyôka sort of continued for him.

“You assume correctly.” He said, now nodding himself.

“I see. Yes.”

At that point, it wasn’t Atsushi’s first time meeting someone he had that in common with; such a thing had gotten covered when meeting the rest of the Agency. But, of course, that didn’t take a smidge of warmth in the smile that quickly appeared on his face. After all, it was always nice.

Q: How many prompts can I use?

Q: When can I start posting?
A: During the event week, we encourage you to post each piece on the day of the prompt(s) that it corresponds to! The AO3 collection will open at the start of the event on Dec. 11th.

Q: Are late submissions accepted?
A: Yes! Until the end of January.

Q: Does the event allow romantically-oriented content?
A: As long as submissions follow the event guidelines, any kind of relationship can be depicted—whether it be platonic, romantic, or something else entirely!

Q: Can I submit art other than writing or drawing?
A: Any art form is welcome! Writing, drawing, animation, cosplay, poetry, etc. etc... Any contribution of your own creation within the spirit of the event (appreciation of the bond between the class 1-1 leader trio) is welcome. Any level of polish/effort is welcome, too!
