🏊🌊 Do you exhale out of your nose or mouth when using the front end snorkel? Try only using your mouth, so you get a better workout. It will be harder and harder to breathe as the excess CO2 gets trapped in the snorkel tube. #swimforfun -> Good luck

🏊🌊 Bilateral breathing does not mean you have to breathe to both sides, every 3rd stroke. Breathing every 3rd stroke consumes too much oxygen. Bilateral breathing means that you know how to breathe to both sides if the circumstances require it. #swimtip -> Keep practicing!
