seems like there’s at least a 50/50 chance this doesn’t actually happen, i am not even sure what the mechanism would be, this isn’t actually the same thing as the first time around, it’s just the same number (which they didn’t even bother to adjust for inflation, lol)

Make no mistake, if the 14th Amendment should fall - I am not saying it will, there are plenty of obstacles, I am speaking hypothetically - but if it should fall, no one is safe. It is challenging for most families to prove legal citizenship beyond a generation or two.
