Spiced Indian chicken puff. This is my best friend's recipe. Suffice to say that had she not asked me to, I would not have done this. That is how good friends are.

Someone I know once asked Rahul Dravid a question and it touched a chord with a few. It's a perspective no one thinks about and Dravid says it like no other: youtu.be/GJ2f3_vpccs?... #Cricket

Ravi Shastri on commentary: "Like they say, flash and flash hard". No Ravi. No one says that. You say that 😂 #ENGvIND #Cricket

Ravi Shastri toeing the line of the masters by shouting a "yes!" and some "game has to evolve" bullshit when asked if they should have renamed the trophy #ENGvIND #Cricket

I hate Stuart Broad. I can't stand him. It was one thing to see him on field but can't avoid him on the commentary and it's unbearable. #EngVsInd #Cricket

If Test cricket is too expensive for some countries, make it cheaper.

Stop the fucking gatekeeping.
‘Maybe every nation wants to play Test cricket, but I'm not sure if that's the future for cricket.’

Cricket Australia CEO Todd Greenberg casts doubt on Test cricket's place in the modern game.

Started the day with an Amit Kumar classic and ended with one. All by chance. I think back in the day, the 80s bollywood was characterised by mediocre films and low-effort creativity. All because of comparing with the golden 70s.

There is a little bit of helplessness one feels when one wants the best things for a friend who is far, far away and can't do anything. How can one deal with that sadness then. If only things were simpler.

Is there any tribute to Virat Kohli that admits his failures? Laments the fact that here is a legend who probably can't ever be called the gentleman of the game, while he bullied people half his age? #cricket

Accessible social media content for #pwME, #LongCovid #ChronicIllness #disability

I’m putting together some polls for my Insta stories asking about accessibility needs for those who have them.

Eg. prefer voiceover or written caption; music with lyrics, without lyrics or silence?

Space tourism is, at best, folly—silly, spectacularly wasteful, pointless by definition. And Katy Perry was the perfect celebrity to do it, @elcush.bsky.social writes:

Katy Perry is exactly the kind of celebrity to go to space.

Hearing mixed things about Switch 2. The hardware has the usual garnish of innovation that one can only expect from Nintendo but the game prices are where they have let us down. And charging more for physical cartridges. That's the worst.

You would be glad to know that the English word "Tariff" and the Urdu word "Tareef" (as intended in the beautiful song you just quoted) originate from the same Arabic word of "ta'rif" which means a definition, an assertion or to merely acknowledge.
