Defend Dignity, Protect Families: Support Immigrant Rights with AIR
In Memphis’ Berclair neighborhood, a young woman’s desperate cries echoed: “He’s not a criminal!” as an ICE agent detained her father, pointing a gun in broad daylight. This family’s fear is a daily reality for many immigrants. Advocates for Immig...

Every day, we fight for ALL immigrants because they're not numbers; they are people.

No status, background, or other characteristic defines their humanity. Their value isn't earned but inherent.

And it demands dignity, protection, & justice.

People matter beyond their ability to generate profit.

Every immigrant family has the right to live without fear, have their rights defended, and build a life of dignity, peace, and security.

Regardless of where they work or how much money they generate for the economy.

We're deeply concerned by the U.S. v. Skrmetti decision. We believe in the fundamental rights to equality, dignity, and access to care for all people.

That includes transgender youth, who need support now more than ever. Gender-affirming care saves lives.

Juneteenth marks the end of slavery and honors generations of Black Americans who’ve fought for justice and dignity.

Freedom isn’t given — it’s won. We stand in solidarity with that fight.

Over the past several days, we've all been gripped by what we’re seeing in LA. People across the U.S. have had enough! Dissent takes different forms & we're as committed as ever to pushing back against ICE and pushing forward towards a stronger, safer, more humane world for all.

Standing outside of courthouses and waiting to arrest immigrants before their hearings is a brazen violation of due process. We won't stand for it. And neither should you. #DueProcess #ImmigrantRights

Having an attorney is often the difference between winning and losing, but fewer than 50% of people in immigration court have one. Why? It's expensive. That's where we come in, offering affordable representation. #ImmigrationAttorneys #ImmigrantRights

#DueProcess is a legal phrase used a lot in courtrooms and movies. What does it actually mean?

It’s the constitutional guarantee that if the government acts against you, then you have the right to see the evidence against you, make the case for your innocence, and be heard.

If your government can violate the rights of a student, a migrant, or a legal citizen, what makes you think they won’t do it to anyone else? A threat to anyone's due process rights is a threat to all of ours.

Stand with immigrants today, because it could be anyone tomorrow.
