OMG, why can't the Dallas Wings hire a female coach to coach a bunch of female basketball players? I mean, would it be right for a male coach in a locker room full of female athletes in various stages of undress? I obviously think not. But then again, I might have a twisted picture of things.

So, how am I connected to both these guys? Well, I'm the author of separate award-winning children's books on each of them. Not bad for a disabled guy who wasn't able to participate in organized sports growing up. That's fine, for I found another way to channel my love for baseball, and it worked!

You know, parents can choose to have kids, but they can't choose the orientation of those kids. It's a matter of who the individual is attracted to. For instance, my father chose to have me, but he didn't know I would like other guys. Things like that come later.
