As an ex Pythonista, one reason against async adoption is really that you have to taint all functions with async then maintain two APIs.

I just solved a complex/boring DevOps deployment issue, involving Helm, kube-state-metrics and custom CRDs, it could have taken me hours to figure it out. I've used Gemini 2.5 pro as a debug buddy, and it did it.
