Last week, UCLA Law Review Discourse published "Fascist Government Speech" by @alexsinha.bsky.social. In it, Prof. Sinha forcefully argues that the government-speech doctrine must be revised to stop protecting democracy-undermining fascist speech.

I just received my first ever US News survey for ranking law schools. How are other people handling this? Given how much USN distorts law teaching and scholarship, are there better and worse ways to fill this out? Should I do it at all? Would love to hear thoughts!
