Breddie Mercury does it again. Sourdough heaven. To bake this, I used starter at its absolute peak. Now I'm going to experiment with baking a loaf after it's reached its peak and then fallen right back down. The theory is that the starter will be going into the mix STARVING so...

I'm addicted to Wordle, Connections, Strands and sudoku. So much so that it's a mandatory start to my daily routine. I've just found another one! As a film lover this is so fab!!
