So I am standing in my kitchen with the perpetual issue. How did my Nana & Mom cook dinner 6 days/week for 30+ years each? I mean without all the repeats, both were good cooks, with sides and after dinner treat. I mean minus a few dishes I literally cook their recipes, and still feel overwhelmed.

I don't think pointing out the fascists' 'hypocrisy' is a good use of time. It's not hypocrisy, it's hierarchy. They actually do believe that they have the right and obligation to dominate you because they are superior to you. They are using their power not being hypocritical.
